The vineyards
The farm covers approximately 15 hectares.
The vineyards are trained in rows. The planting spacing is 2.50 meters x 1.20 meters, with a density of approximately 3,300 vines per hectare and an average yield of 120 quintals of grapes per hectare.
The average age of the vines is 15 years.
The vines are worked with respect for the land and according to sustainability criteria that do not involve invasive techniques or the use of synthetic chemical agents in the logic of pure organic.
