In doing so, I’m comforted by the collaboration of a young, yet already well known, winemaker, who is the bearer of an extensive experience as well as of a Tuscan vine-wine culture, that is the cradle of national and world wine, different from that of Abruzzo, which is just as important and today more and more open to international markets
I strongly believe in hybridization
In this respect, I humbly stand by an attitude of discovery, of openness to the new and to what may come over the years in terms of technological advancements. All of this while having the same loophole: to do things at the best of my capabilities.
This philosophy, combined with a deep respect for nature and the environment, is reflected in precise decisions: the best skills and the best production materials to achieve, with no compromise, the most attainable quality.
I started this project with Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo in an ideal territory where the sea breeze meets the mountains, with the aim of making a new product by extracting the most intimate characteristics of this wine, in a country where rosé is sadly still not given the status it deserves (unlike France where rosé holds a position of equivalency with the great reds and whites).
